The Spec-Driven Development (SDD) paradigm inverts traditional software engineering by making human intent the absolute source of truth, while code becomes a mere AI-generated byproduct. This talk explores how the SDD workspace addresses software complexity and introduces the "Orchestration Gap", a shift that requires developers to evolve from manual coders into systemic architects who govern and integrate AI fleets.
